Is 13,800 a good price on 1999 Camaro SS, 60k, T-tops, leather interior, and all the SS options?

Yes that's a good price. Not a great price and yet not a bad one either. If it was more like 45K miles I'd say jump on it but 60K sounds about right for what they are asking so haggle a little.

But if you really like the car then I wouldn't hesitate to pay 13.5K for it (you gotta at least get them down 300 Lol).

Good Luck and never be afraid to walk away. You'd be surprised how many salesmen have either not let me leave or had a message waiting for me on my answering machine when I got home.
