how to tell if its my water pump

Well I'm leaking something (water maybe?) heavily out the bottom of my car but can't tell exactly from where. The dash gives me a low coolant light but the coolant level is definitaly fine. Are these problems related and is it the water pump? Thanks for any help

Look at the water pump and see if it's leaking.

Are you checking the coolant tank or are you actualy checking inside the radiator?

I'm checking the tank. Today and yesterday the thing started going down so I added coolant. However the car still runs about 210*

You can rent a cooling tester from auto zone,that will tell where the leak is.Could be you coolant sensor is bad too,mine makes the light flicker off and on,my coolant is OK however>Jake
