HPP3 help

I am getting my car tuned with a HPP3 this weekend and I have read a lot of posts on to only do certain things with it. I have a Stall, So what should I set the shifts at? Also what should I do and what should I not do with the hpp3. I think I am running rich. A lot of people are telling me that

you cant borrow one from a buddy tune it and give it back, to use it on another car the original one has to be returned to stock form then another car can use it then returned to stock before the next, thats why buyin them used is pretty shady people dont know that. If your runnin rich you should be fine w/ the power tunin but dont expect any sotp gains, if you didnt get a manual shift kit w/ your converter you can firm up your shifts a lil bit, i raised my rev to 6,600 and toyed w/ each shift until it went right before the limiter kicked not fun but worth it these cars pull all the way to 6,600 just start low and raise it til your happy. good time to get a lower stat and reset fans unless you have really cold winter sux waitin for the heater to warm up.
