My friend has FLPs and sportlines and SFCs...He has to be careful on speedbumps but they dont hit the ground and all during normal driving...

Haha dude welcome from california to the real world. All the states that dont' have emissions testing had it at one time and realized that the failure rate was so low that it was not cost effective nor was it reasonable. You tree huggers out there just can't seem to figure that out.

First off dont call me a f#cking tree hugger, you dont F$cking know me...Second off I am not a tree hugger actually I was just stating how it will be soon enough...Third if I was a tree hugger I wouldnt have the cars and trucks I do...Fourth you dont know me so dont reach snap judgements on my personality and beliefs cause I live in California...Last but not least FLP headers kick a$$ and if they are too small get Grotts...

1)subframes $160
2)welds and et streets $650
3)cutout $50
4)hooker long tubes & y pipe $800
5)3300-3600 stall $750
In that order

Thats about $2410. This combo will put you in the very low 12's and w/ some gears and suspention work you could be in the high 11's It would be the best bang for the buck to get hooker LT's. As for emmissions , it wouldnt matter anyway cause no f-body long tube header will ever be emissions legal because the cats will not be in their stock location (i.e. there is no point in buying FLP's or SLP's). They are also one of the most easy long tubes to install. You dont have to jack up on side of the engine, move the tranny or grind of the thing sticking off the side of the block .
