Do M6 trannies all feel jerky at low speeds. starting out in first it either bogs or spins the tires. shifting into second can also get jerky if i dont let out of the clutch slowly. does releasing the clutch slowly cause more wear??? is there some way to fix this. !!!

I hear ya. It takes some time to learn to "work the clutch" for smooth transition b/t gears IMO b/c of the high torque. I can't see this being good for the clutch however.

with 3.42 gears, and a tall 1st gear, starting in 1st can get tricky. Engage too low and you'll bog the engine... Engage too high and you'll spin the tires too fast..

then going to second, if you hamfist it, the engine either wants to lunge the car forward, or slow the car down if the rpms and footwork aren't matched.

with practice you'll get smoother with the footwork..
