I bought a FIPK II from Lm Performance and reconsidered after the purchace that the TSP lid and SSRA was a better way for me to go. I called up LMP and asked if they could cancel the order but the FIPK II had all ready shipped. The sales person was real nice and after I explained the situation said it would be no problem. I just return the FIPK II and order the SSRA. I was told they would wave the restock fee since it was unopened and I was still buying something from them.

I knew I should not have bought the SSRA until the refund went through from the FIPK ($300) but they assured me that the atm card I used would be refunded immediately after receipt of the product. I was told to call them 24 hours after they got it back and The return can be finished. They received it back last thursday. I still have not gotten my money back. I talked to a sales rep on monday and he said he would call me back. He never did. I have been calling all day today and noone answers the phone. I left a voice mail and no has returned my call.

This is getting scary because this was a atm card I paid with and I NEED that money back in my checking account to pay my car Insurance that is due by the 15th. Today is the 12th and even though when they sold me the SSRA they said getting refunded before the fifteenth would be no problem I am starting to doubt them. I know I am the fool to believe them in the first place and basically count my chickens before they were hatched.

Still is it too much to ask for a little honesty? Just tell me that it takes awhile to get a refund up front and as upset as I may have been I would have rather waited on the lid and ssra so I could pay my car insurance.

Anyone have a bad experience with LMP? Is this all coinsidence or are they known for things like this?

 

Depending on their provider, it could take up to ten days to appear in your account after they process the chargeback.

Try sending them an E-mail...or you could overnight the a certified letter asking that the give you a refund as promised by the 15th....
