why did they even put that function on the LT1's????? not selecting first with the 2.73's???????

i think it was because of noise restrictions, caus the car was too loud with those gears in 1st. something stupid like that

Yeah, it had to do with noise pollution and ****e...in case anyone was ever wondering you just pull out a little white plastic piece(or cut) and then you can go into first(it would just be the blank spot on the gear selector plate).
