Post LS1 or LT1??

Just like the subject says, what should I do? I have an LT1 but I'm thinking about selling it and upgrading to the LS1. What do you think?

I'm sure happy with mine. I had a '98 Z28 too and loved it. If you can swing it, go for it!!

Do it. I bought my 98 Formula and sold my 94 F-1 Camaro.

LT1s are great and I miss mine, but I love my LS1!

The LT1 is a great motor and has performed well. The LS1 is far better in stock form. Both can be modified easily. The LS1 is aluminum with higher end power. The LT1 is iron with lower end power. Both are great engines, but the LS1 has more technology and engineering behind it. For example, the LS1 has cross drilled 6 bolt mains. It can take a tremendous pounding before blowing the crank out the oil pan. And 305/310 hp out of the box is a nice place to start.
