ls1 or not

Re: ls1 or not
I just made the swith from an auto LT1 to an auto LS1, and I don't regret it. The LS1 just pulls a lot harder from anywhere 3000 rpm or so and above. Not to mention that they don't have the optispark, and imo are easier to work on, smoother, and get better gas mileage.

My LS1 is more fun to drive with the M6. It feels way stronger but my LT1 is a 275 vs 310hp @ stock. Both cars have catbacks and CAI. If you're tired of rowing in traffic, you might enjoy the automatic. You won't lose much with the 4L60E as it will still bark the tires hard going into second.
For a pure fun car though, I never want to part with my M6. Besides, it keeps my wife and kids from driving it. If it were a daily driver I think I'd want the A4. You probably need both.
