Need help with a couple of ground wires.

Ok so my engine is all back together again after my h&c swap but i'm trying to turn the engine over for the first time and i'm having issues. First off, ground wires.....I got all of them hooked up (including the ones behind the drivers head) except for the braided one on the drivers side that comes out of the harness bundle of the o2 sensor and also the ground from the battery. Where does the braided one go, chassis or block? And where should i bolt up the ground for the battery, block or motor mount nut? Right now i have the battery ground bolted up on a nut on the suspension and when i try to crank the engine over the starter does not do anything......Also there's a ground on the drivers side o2 sensor harness.....Where does that one go? Sorry for all the questions, i'll take pics if anyone needs to see what i'm talking about.

as long as they are grounded you should be fine. Just check to see if the grounds are good.

I think that the main battery ground needs to be hooked to the motor.

Will do Right now i'm chasing an oil leak that's coming from the top somewhere and running all the way down to the tranny, knowing my luck it's probably the oil pressure sending unit.
