New Car Power Loss...

New Car Power Loss...
This is my first post on this board, although i've been an invisible presence just reading the board for a few years.
I just bought a 2002 Z28 M6 with barely 10,000 miles on it. A few days after i got it, the dealership had to fix the carrier bearings because it was clunking going into gear. Thats fixed.
Now to the current issue...There is a power loss and now it feels like a V6. Other than just not having the power that it did a few days ago, everything seems fine. The only thing i've done to the car is disable that pesky skip shift "feature".
My question is, what could be causing this problem? And what should I do if the dealership says they cant find a problem? I really appreciate your opinions.
Thanks!

I think you would have a better chance at a knowledgable response on the "LS1 Tech" board, since there are not a lot of LS1 owners that post here regularly on Advanced Tech.
Moving to "LS1 Tech".

I dont know why there are two of these same posts, I may have done two of them by mistake cuz i'm still new on this board.
I reset the PCM earlier today and that didnt help at all. So I'm just gonna have to wait and see what the dealership says when i take it on Wednesday.
Thanks for the help though!
