O2 problems with headers

I got an SES light after about 45 min of driving after we installed the headers and had it reset, since I had o2 sims in the rear and everything should have been fine. Anyway, after about 10 more hours of driving I got another light. This time I got three codes:
P0115 is Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor circuit fault - Bank No. 2, and P1153 twice. I can't find the second code on the list I have, and I did a search with no luck, does anyone know what this is. I assume I need a new o2 sensor on the passenger side (front), but I'm not sure what needs to be done about the other code. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: O2 problems with headers

Maybe when you spliced into the wires on the front o2 sensors to do your home made extensions, something wasnt put together correctly, or isnt getting a good connection. Just my opinion.
