Pulleys
How significant are pulleys in racing? What do they do?
I have a stock SS and would consider upgrading my pulley's if they made that much of a difference?
Who's known to have the best prices and best products for these?
Thanks boys.

The crank pulley actually helps take the "stress" (for lack of a better word) off your engine that it takes to run accessories and gives that power back to the engine. Most people report about 10 rwhp with pulleys maybe less. Price is pretty much around 185-200 for the crank pulley. And they are in such high demand that they almost always stay on back order so you are not going to find many big sales with them. But if you do find a sale, post it here and you will make a lot of friends quick.. hehe.

This mod is usually good for about 10hp and a tenth in the 1/4. Dyno numbers can change day to day (different air temps and quality, temperature of the car ect..) so you might not see the numbers change as much as you'd like when doing a single mod. We carry complete packages that include the belts and bolt and should have a shipment of ASP pulleys coming this way by the end of the week. These things are like gold so I won't say much about availability until I see them in person. Pricing for those packages are -
