Links working, but pic isn't showing up? Yeah, it should be extra packed, that's usually how it is on a midnight madness night. I was at the last one and I got there right when they opened, and I got two runs right away in the first maybe 30 mins to hour, and then the entire rest of the night I only got maybe 2-3 more runs! I'll stop by the sportsman side and look for your car and say hi!

Those are 18's, right? I'm surprised BMW rims would fit our cars, I would think the width and backspacing and all would be different! If those are 18's, that's gonna hurt traction out of the hole some!!!!! Should help with cornering though!!!!! You should get yourself a set of rims and tires for the strip, if you're really gonna get into it! Get a set of Weld prostars 15x10 in the rear with some nitto's for now till you get a 12-bolt and 15x6 skinnies up front. That is, if you have the money and really want to get into drag racing! Otherwise, just buy a cheap set of salad shooters (someone's always got em for sale cheap) or the slp firebird takeoffs ($50/ea. on slps website) as a set of tires for the track and put nitto's on em!

I am getting welds, but after I get my headers and cam. I have my stock rims still and putting drags on them. I am buying drags next week, but I wanna burn off all the rubber on my stocks. There like brand new. Maybe 3 or 4 thousand miles.

M5 wheels? Hmmm, forgot what they look like, how they look on the Z? You go in sportsman or dial-in's? I'll be over in dial-in's, got a white Z28 with black outs on the rear. And DR's and M/T ET Streets are allowed, just no real slicks!!! Any legal street tire! I'll be on my stupid Falken Street tires, so I probably won't do too good, but we'll see. I can't wait to get a set of Nitto's!!!!!!!!!! See ya there!!!!

Oh yeah and actually, the fact that it's a midnight madness, means it's gonna be more packed than usual!!!!
Yeah it was extra parked(and packed), but at 1 pm to 1:30 I got in about 4 or 5 runs!!! The printer couldn't print out timeslips, so a lot of people left at 12:30 to 1am. I think you ran against a green M5 with the exact wheels I have. I spoke to him at the gas station and he said you ran a 12.74 or 12.4x ..can't remember exactly.

Nah, that wasn't me. I was lookin for ya, but didn't see ya, it was so ****ing crowded!!!!!! I was on falken street tires, so I couldn't hook worth a ****!!! On one run, I went ****in 13.7 @ 108 on a 2.6 60' It's probably almost a mid 12-sec car how it sits on a good tire!!! Cause if I wasnt' spinning all of first and letting off and getting back in and still spinning, and hit 2nd spinning then let off and got back in again and finally gripped, I probably would've trapped like 110 or more, and that's easily mid 12's!!!!! I'm happy though!!!! Cuz my full exhaust is goin on within a week or two, and i'm borrowing a set of Nitto's for the 2nd for the bradenton invasion against badrap, so i'll get to see what the car can really do, would be nice to get some low - mid 12's out of her!!!!!!!!

OH OK....

I got a 13.7 @104 and a 13.9@103, by my 60fts were a litte better than yours. I'm thinking of getting 100shot. I was supposed to be ordering QTP LTs on Tuesday, but I am seriously thinking of nitrous. That was what I originally going to do, but I want some more power on just the throttle. By mid summer I want all my mods done and that will be stage II n20 50/100 shot, hot cam, headers and ls6 intake. I got some thinking to do, cuz i want the next mod done before my twin comes to the track. He has a 93 LT1 with flowmaster muffler, hotcam and SLP midlenghts. He could have something secretly done, so that's why I'm thinking of the nitrous.
