I just won a HPP3 on ebay. Was curious is there anything that I need to ask the guy before paying. Like I heard something about it needs to be back to orignal programing or something. Or just what are the things that you would need to do to resell a used HPP3 for a 99 LS1!!

It must be reprogrammed back to stock on the original car it was set on. Otherwise it is no good to anyone.

Well, if you won the auction, you have to pay. That is a binding contract.. I think you should have asked questions before buying it.. Now you will just have to find out..
