My cutout is located on the I pipe right underneath the rear right seat.

As long as nothing is burning, I'd say it's fine. How hot is it under the seat? Does it burn you? Which way does the exhaust point when it exits the cutout. Does it go down at all, or just out to the side?

Nothing is burning... it just gets pretty hot under the seat but it doesn't really burn me... Oh yeah, and the cutout goes out to the side.
Thanks!!!
Thanks!!!

You should probably have it pointing down somewhat. What you can do is buy a standard flange which will bolt to the cutout. Find some exhaust pipe which you can get from a local auto supply and weld it to the flange. You can make a nice turn-down without losing ground clearence.

that is normal. even with my cutout straight out (not pointing at underbody) it still gets pretty hot under the rear passenger side seat. i cant imagine it getting hot enough to burn anything though. just warn your passengers to buckle up before u start driving around. i had someone go to buckle up after about 20 min of driving with the cutout uncapped and he got a nice hot suprise
