Screeching noise

This only happens when the car starts moving. A screeching noise starts coming from the rear wheels like someone pulling their nails across a chalkboard. The noise stops when the car comes to a stop. I think my brake calipers may have become misaligned and are grinding against the rotor. It definetly seems to be coming from the passenger rear wheel. What do you guys think may be causing? Also will it be covered under warranty?

I also figured that it was the brakes and rotors. But Ive had bad brakes or rotors on other cars. When theyre bad the brakes/rotors screech when you are braking not all the time. It seems like the caliper has become misaligned and is grinding against the rotor. In which case I believe that this is a problem and not simple maintenance. I believe that I have a very good case against the dealer that it should be covered under warranty, since its not just worn brakes or rotors. They have malfunctioned and are not working the way they should be. Am I not right?

I have a 95 z28 doing the same thin only mine is the drivers side, and it dosent do it in reverse, I would think if it was the brakes it would do it in reverse.
