why do you need ss badges? You have a Z28.

hmmmm... reconsider that idea if you were planning to put them on your car...

To answer your question, a junkyard might have them. A GM dealership should have them as well.

Pardon me Gents.

I think SS enblems, hood and rear spoiler look great on a Z28! Visual upgrades really enhance the car.

HOWEVER...NEVER try to pass a cloned Z28 off as a true SS. The SS cars are well documented and there are many other differances. You'll only regread it in the future!

Personally I think the Vintage Z28 emblems look MUCH better than SS emblems, but that's just my opinion.

do the mods to the car. keep the z28 badges. if you want an ss buy one. they are fairly easy to get your hands on. why put the work into putting on the hood and spoiler then giving the credit for doing so to the factory? why would you not want to take credit for the work you have done to your car?

its your car so do what you want but.....

p.s. i hear "type R" badges are all the rage as well *sigh*.

I remember reading that there is a ZR28 package somewhere. And some mustang GT owners slap on GTR emblems on their car as well. The Type R badges are crap in my opinion.

That ZR28 badge/decal last I read is included w/ LGMs 5-piece(spoiler included) ground effects kit I'm getting that kit one day.
But the real ZR28 LG motorsports package will cost ya like 8K,way cool.
I actually found one of the ZR28s built by gigliotti(when I was shoppin for LS1),but the sucka had been stripped of most the suspention mods, wheels, paint peal and had been totaly brutalized rear end noise, major trans slop, missfires, interior jacked...I swear some people just dont deserve to have our cars no respect.

i had a z28 with an ss hood...that kinda thing doesn't bother me, but i left the z28 badges on. If you want to put SS badges on a camaro thats not an SS you might as well go all out and trade your car for a v6...thats how the real posers do it.
