Post Still want to know, bent axle

after 2 months now and 2000 very satisfied miles behind my 98 Z28 I would like any ideas on how this cars axle bent. I posted here when I bought this car that it had had a bent rear axle, Fixed under warranty BUT after 2 months of driving this car I have to post this again cause the car is really great and was definatly taken care of, how did this happen, ANYBODY!!! Mods b4 I got it: FIPK/K&N - - - Flowmaster.

My brother bent his when he slid sideways into a curb. Look for one or two wheels that look newer than the others. Or perhaps even a new set of non-stock wheels. I doubt it would've been bent by the torque load of a stock LS1. The only other possibility would be a factory defect but that's not likely.
