lol but what al is saying is perhaps the previous owner of the car installed some goodies that the dealership didn't catch... couldn't be much though, maybe it had hypertech programming or a decent tune or something. either way, some z's dyno higher than exactly 300rwhp and 325rwtq. you have to keep in mind the 00's had the most aggressive of the ls-1 fbody cams.

my bone stock 98' went 316rwhp and 326 rwtq. Yes, I KNOW it was bone stock because I bought it new.
