Would paying a little extra eliminate the search for correct PR length? Just a theory question..

And yes I know the PR Length Chcker is like $20.. but still.. .I'll be doing my cam with in a month, and I was thinking of just getting 7.4 PR's and ADJ rockers..

Stock rockers. I used them on all of my setups. The only real upgrade is shaft, but I doubt you want to spend $1000 on rockers and it's not usually necessary on a hydraulic roller car spinning less than 7200 rpm.

^ meh.. ok.. I'll play the waiting game measuring then ordering the correct ones.. I'm pretty darn sure I won't be spinning that high..

Most modern cams don't change base circle unless it's huge in the lift numbers. What causes PR length changes most is milling the heads.

That's true. Also, most cams use a few "shelf" masters unless the cam grinder has to use a CNC machine to cut it if it's a completely custom cam.

^ yeah it is .. I'll check the PR length when it's all together.. It's a Custom grind from TR.. It's not on their list of cams.. PatG cam.

I'm sure it's not a CNC grind unless it's something like .640+ lift, a combination of lobes (LSK intake, XE-R exhaust), or something else that's unusual.
