It probably shouldn't take more than an hour to do the install unless your guy insists on pulling up carpet or something like that. There is no need to drop the rear... basically, you need either a drive on lift or you need jack under the rear on a points lift in order to have the car supported properly for the install. then it's just a matter of welding.

I'm using the Specatcle Solutions SFC's and shock tower brace. Got them as a package fro $205 including shipping. Nice pieces. I installed them with a buddy helping me in about three hours. Really makes the car feel tight, and it hooks up in the curves.

Yes SFCs are definitely as must. I also always recommend weld ins. That's why we only sell weld in SFCs. If you're looking for instructions...we have some on installing SFCs on our website. Its under "how to/installs".
