SuperMaxx header dyno results

http://www.tbyrne.com/mis/DYNATECH.jpg

Just received this info today! They saw over 36+ horsepower increase with the Dynatech F-Body header system and y-pipe compared to factory 98-up stock manifolds and y-pipe system on a slightly modified LS-1 motor.

As a side note we're offering 10% off all headers though Sunday (6/27)

What are they considering "slightly" modified, a small cam?

why dont people test on non modded cars?

sure it has costs associated with it but I am sure the owner of a car that was wanting headers would like a price break for the use of his car for testing..

I think more people would understand and appreciate the numbers if they could in fact show a substantial increase.

I agree. All this shows is that the stock manifolds are a restriction on a car with a cam and intake mods.
Show us what they'll do on a bone stock motor.

I usually consider a set of long tubes to be good for about 25hp (give or take a few). A modified motor would benefit more from them.
