T56 Fluid

I have a 98 SS M6--how often, if ever, should I change the manual tranny fluid? Are there any fluid upgrades I should get for better wear and smoother shifting?

Yep, ATF with Dextron or 'safe for use in Dextron' trannies. As far as fluid upgrades, there's always synthetic. FWIW, I use Royal Purple.
