weight gain vs lost pick up

I'm adding around two hundreds pounds of audio equipment to my car. How much of a loss in pick up should I expect?

The universal number is 100 pounds equals a tenth of a second loss.

i think its more than that actually because of the loss off the line... id .3 tenths and 2-3 mph
