I am thinking of buying one with 100K miles(mostly highway) and was wandering what life expectancy is of LS1's. I have heard that on average, a LT1 is right around 175K.

not too sure since they havent been around too long..

I would look more at one with lower miles since its better to buy an aftermarket warranty for those first few thousand miles to make sure you didnt buy someone else's headache!
