what the best brand of 373 gears? and who carries the best price for them?

All brand are "good." It's just that some whine more than others. If you're putting these in your stock rearend, I say get a set of genuine GM gears or Motive gears.
Check the sponsors on the site for prices. All are about the same, and all are great places to deal with.
