I run the G5x2 (232/240 112+4) with my A4, 3600 stall, and 3.73 gears. Excellent setup.

I could use a restall to a 4,000; but my tuner said to just leave it alone and he loved the setup and has driven a lot of lsx cars.

Going to a 236/242 111 in the future when I get heads, so will need that restall then...

Also if planning nitrous you don't want to go too big on the converter as the stall will increase a lot with a nitrous hit.
