Ok i have a 2002 camaro z28 and i have $1000 what can i do that will increase my et time the most? (no nitrous)

I'd say go with a lid, filter and headers. Jet-Hots are at the right price of $500 + install. A nice flowing catback wouldn't be a bad idea either. All that may put you just above 1G though.
