Actually i think a lid, cat back, and some good weather + driving and you could hit 12's

Myb my car is a freak and my 60" was only a 1.97 and they clutch was slipping like a bastard so i think its had alot left too

That will get you 12s easy.
Yep. Check my sig. I'm running bout 12.6-7 with that combo essentially. A Torque Convertor will do it.

Has anyone noticed a trend that stock or near stock 2000 SS seems to run quicker than the other years? And, I think you can prob knock .3 off if you have a good track and perfect weather.

Thumbs up

I'll also vote for the 3000+ convertor and some sticky tires. The ASP pulley is a good, cheap mod that has been proven for at least a tenth, but with an auto it might affect your alt charging. You should also look into a good air-lid, some free mods, weight reduction, maybe port&polish the throttle body, some cheap used headers and lots of practice with launching.

Just get a TNT or anyother WET kit and spray 100shot maybe just a 75shot will put you well into the 12's. You can pick that up for 550 (NX kit) or 650 (TNT kit) and install it yourself or pay someone about 200 or so to install it for you. You don't need a tune since the WET kits run on the rich side maybe rpm window switch so you wouldn't be spraying between the shifts on your A4.

Then you can kick butt when you need to or atleast hold your own. Then spend that money roll you have on the pretty stuff! I rather go fast than look good......sleeper
