What Rear Gear would this have?
It 's a 02' Vert. Z28.............
I was thinking 3.42's but I'm not 100% sure.............

I believe all M6's came with 3.42's and the A4's came with 2.89's and the performance rear upgrade was a 3.23 rear.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

for an automatic:
If it has an aluminum driveshaft, it has 3.23.
otherwise it has 2.73

Assuming nobody has changed it, check the RPO codes on the Driver's door. GU2 => 2.73 Ratio, GU5 => 3.23 Ratio.
