i would guess mid to low 13's in the 1/4, next mod, if you have 50,000 miles plus should be a good fuel system cleaning, such as the chevron techron cleaner addictive or a bottle of seafoam, then make sure your throttle body is clean as well as the mass air flow sensor. then i would get pullies maybe. just my .02

I would do headers as a next mod. I would also ditch the Hypertech and get a better tune.

Next move would be to get rid of the hypertech tune.

The Hypertech tune is garbage and has actually been shown to make your car slower.

Removing the tune would be the first thing.

Secondly, I'd do any of the things you listed: Longtube Headers would really wake the car up (around 20rwhp), the stall would launch you much harder (I'd do a 3600-4000), and obviously drag radials would stop you from spinning.

There are smog legal shortie headers available for sure (maybe even mids?? not sure) but everything I've read is that the shortie headers show little gain over the stock manifolds

I'd go stall and trans cooler. If you still have money left over, get some 3.73's and drag radials too.

A converter. None of those other mods will get you down the 1/4 ~.5 sec quicker.

As far as getting down the 1320 faster go for the stall(3500-4000) and gears(3.73 or 4.10), but if you want just more hp go for the headers... Id recomend the stall, gears, and DRs b/c all will drop your times a/b a second... Basically sayin what Kraest said...
