Question Whisper Lid.....

I've done alot of research on an aftermarket Lid and my findings have lead me to the Whisper (even though all of them are about equal in performance). My question is, where is the best place to order the whisper lid from? About How long is delivery, and about how much $$$$? Thanks

2 all Mustakes !!!!!!!!!

Try Mike at www.azpowerand sound.com

I have the carbon fiber whisper lid and I like the looks....it is a great mod! Do the FRA free mod when you install it as well as the TB bypass.

I got my Direct flow lid from LS1 motorsports. Good service and delivery time (3 days I think). I paid 100 +S/h on one of their specials.

Of course thats for a different lid, but in case you change your mind ...

I just received my second direct flow lid, for the 99SS, from www.ls1motorsports.com

They offer the IAT sensor already installed for an additional $20. That way you don't have to mess with taking the old one out and re-installing it. I'm very pleased with the service. Took about a week to get it. Check it out.

I got mine from LS1Motorsports.com too, and I am extremely happy with mine. They also include the little extra filter you need for the hose going into the 00-02 air lids. (at least I think it is the 00-02's.. I might be wrong on that one.. its to damn early to be thinking)

If you're interested, I just posted up a GP on our air lids that we just received. They're going for $85 + shipping for '98-99 and $95 + shipping for '00-'02. Drop me an email if you have any questions
