Nope, no local coaters. I would rather just save that extra hundred I guess. Anyway, I am looking for these to be my b-day present for next month So easy to please!

I could of sworn Carolina Fbody Club had someone that did good coating. I don't really know of stainless steel headers that comes with coating.

Nope, not header coating, but reg. powder coating yes.

You can buy stainless headers coated from Kooks and others. You just pay around $800-1k.

nope, go to ls1tech and see how EVERYONE has fitment issues with the drivers side collector not being angled properly. it is angled too high up to get the y pipe on. the only way you can do it is to cut and re-weld either the collector on the header or add a turndown to the y pipe. so if you dont mind doing this than go for it. otherwise for true stainless steel bolt on headers go with the obx.

Just go w/ the PaceSetters

They fit GREAT, and are cheaper in the long run. Stainless turns yellow, bottom line. If your headers are already coated, they will look better, and stay cooler for a long time. Much longer than stainless. If you want stainless, get a polished stainless cat back.
