i dont see why i would not, the pipe itself should fit, but i dont know if the O2 connections would be the same

The 1998-'99 Y-pipe is bolted on the passenger's side and welded on the driver's while both sides can be bolted onto a 2000-'02.

You just have to weld one side, instead of bolting both sides.That's it.
