yea it has a smoooth surface in it...i now have some comp poly locks that i just picked up with the hex in the center of them..im about to go put this on now..

and no it has nothing inside of the nut...just a smooth surface..
and on the long tube header idle...lol i emant to say that iw as getting a LT4 KM for that so that false knowck would go awway...
