Theres no way hes gona run an 13.8 w/ longtubes, I could almost hit that w/ just a catback, cutout, and CAI. I'd say 13.4 if you drive it like a bat out of hell. Just dont be afraid to beat the ****out of it, and you'll be just fine .

I agree here. It's about making it work.

I'd bet with the LT'S, you are making more power than me. But with NO traction you can't run the # I do. I still have manifolds on. I'd suggest 15" lite wheels and slicks for the track. Torque arm and LCA relocation brackets.

I know it's auto vs. manual but when my car only had 264rwhp and 297rwtq it ran consistant 13.2xx's @ 104.xx so I see no problem with this car being able to break in to the 12's with a decent to good driver.

Would subframe connectors and bigger sway bars help with traction ?

What did you have done when you ran your 13.2s at 264/297?

Not tryin to steal thread here.. But how do you like your BFG drs? Do they see street rarley? Im ethier goin with them or Nittos cus they last longer than the mts...even tho the mts will out hook them. The nittos I don't like because they are so much narrower than others..

Since when does any mod guarantee an ET?

When mine was a bolt on car, it had similar mods to this. It laid down 290rwhp, 325-ish rwtq, and ran a best of 13.2 at 107 on street tires.

It doesn't. I ran only a .1 better when I got my longtubes. Why? Because I suck at launching.

On second thought the two loose spark plugs probably didn't help much with my time either...

I don't even know how much power i'm pushing out. I'm assuming 280-290rwhp.

My mods and times are in my sig. The dyno results were SAE 314.9RWHP and 341.3RWTQ. The only weight reduction on my car is the spare and jack. I would hope that with 300RWHP he could run better than 13.2-13.4...

Track times depend on a number of factors...

Location, which means track elevation, is it level, track prep.
Weather, which means density altitude.
Driver, which means the obvious.
Car, which means how is the car mechanically.

Start factoring all this in and guessing becomes moot.
