1.52's vs 1.6's with a cc503

how much of a loss in rwhp and torq with the 1.5's? about 15-20rwhp?

It is going to be a shot in the dark. You will just be losing some potential lift from the cam. The actual HP loss is going to be based on all kinds of things that work together.

Are you getting rid of 1.6RR?

1.6 RR are about 10rwhp on stock cam, so you'll be giving up that or more with a cam.
