You dont have to to do rockers and springs....just make sure your pistion is at the top of the cylinder your working on to keep the valves from dropping into the cylinder.

Installed a cam and a bunch of other goodies. By Full length I guess you mean headers, they are hooker lt's.

You do not have to pull the intake. If you want to make sure each cyl is at the top just get a piece of coathanger and stick it in the hole and you can fell the piston.
