Re: 1.6 Rollers?
Do a search to find more info, but here's some quick stuff:
Self-Aligning - rockers that align themselves with little tabs, don't need guideplates, aren't recommended by most
Non-self-aligning - rockers that require guideplates to remained aligned on the valve, recommended over SA
studs - where the rockers "bolt" to, 3/8" is stock, most recommend upgrading to 7/16" just make sure you get the rockers to match
guideplates - only buy the GM performance guideplates, you can get them from thunder racing
pushrods - stock length is 7.2", must use at least hardened pushrods with guideplates, most recommend hardened either way though
springs - LT4 springs would work if 1.6 RR is all you plan on doing, if you plan on doing a cam in the future get some better springs like the comp cam 918 beehives

Re: 1.6 Rollers?
94 is hardened if I remember right. You can pick up a set for about $20 off summit. If you wanna splurge, get trick flows. They are the exact same as the top line comps without the $140 price tag.
If I were you, I would get 7/16 NSA rockers. The self aligning means the roller tip has washer looking tabs on the edge of the rollers to keep them from sliding off the tip of the valve. Guideplates do the same thing except they bolt under the rocker studs (the bolts that go into the head and hold on the rockers) and keep the pushrod alligned with the lifter and rocker.
BTW... the studs are ~$35 for a full set. $560 for a set would be crazy.

You can try the scratch test to see if yours are hardened, but that's not a foolproof way to test them. You should get new ones to make sure, they're not that expensive. You don't need anything better than hardened unless you're planning on an extreme cam with near 7k RPM. That's just my opinion, you'll get plenty more.

Re: 1.6 Rollers?
I'd "at least" pick up some 4130, 80thou wall thickness, one piece pushrods like the Trickflow ones mentioned(there very fairly priced, especially for what you get)..and reguardless of what you hear, you "really" get what you pay for when it comes to pushrod design and quality.......There are so many "so called" hardened pushrods out there that are total junk......
