well there is the reason! poooooor 10 bolt.......wonder how long it will last.

convert that to times with the average joes 1.9-2.0 60ft and youre probalby around a 12.0-12.2 range right?

cant wait to see results with a better cam.

The car was ran at Byron Dragaway on sunday.

He drives the car everywhere, but the exhaust is VERY loud.

I'll get you a price on the heads tomorrow. Actually, the flow #'s weren't that great. I'll also post them tomorrow.

well i know flow numbers dont tell the whole story..........but the results say alot.

amazing ls1 heads keep getting cheaper and cheaper........but most of the lt1 heads out there dont seem very impressive and cost just as much or more.

Fastzintenn don't forget there are people running stock heads and cam in the 11's. If you search you'll see that.....it doesn't mean the hotcam isn't holding him back a good bit. Notice how he said a bigger cam is going in hehe.

I'd like to know what some of the weigh reduction mods are. I'd love to squeeze 11.42 out of my hotcammed car. Weight reduction is next on the list.

yea I know, but in every thread that involves the HOTcam some *** always makes a comment about how it's too small. Well I really don't think 115 traps are anything to be ashamed of. If I trapped 115 I'd be ecstatic! Unless my car gets a dyno tune from hell and loses some weight it isn't gonna happen though. But yes, if you add a bigger cam you could see some better results. I tend to like the driveabilty of the HOTcam. I can lug my car up hills at 1300 rpm in overdrive, no problem. That and it pulls all the way to redline. It feels so strong I'd raise the rev limiter but I'm afraid to with 131k miles.
