12 bolt abs question

Okay I am in the market for a 12 bolt but I am unsure what kind of abs I have. Is it a 3 or 4 sensor abs system? I do not have the car right here so I can not go look at it. It is a '93 z with 3.23's.

Normally if the car has traction control it has the 4 channel system, if not then it is the 3 channel system.

Are you positive? I would hat to order the wrong setup and have to ship it back. No my car does not have traction control. Did they even have TC as an option in 1993?

I am not exactly positive, but my car which is 4 years newer doesn't have traction control and has the 3 channel ABS on the Moser 12 bolt.

Your only sure fire way to know is to look at the rear end. If there is only one sensor on the diff housing then its 3 channel, but if there is a sensor on each wheel then it's 4 channel.

Your 93 has a 3-channel setup, with a single rear sensor, mounted in the differential housing. Traction control was not offered until 95 or 96.

As Injuneer said your car has the 3 channel system. There is a single sensor that plugs into the top of the pumpkin. Remember to remove the sensor off of your ten bolt and install it on the 12 bolt. The Moser will NOT come with this sensor installed.
