Re: 12 codes come up. Bad ecu?
And i have been trying to figure out where the high volts are comming.from.Both battery and alt have been tested and both test ok. I.still may warrenty alt out and try another plus a known good battery.

So let's assume the over voltage is correct.
Reset all codes with KOEO. Disconnect the alternator and start it up. With the alternator out of the picture there should be no way to get a higher voltage.
Let's see if the code returns. Assuming your scanner even works correctly.
FYI if the alternators diodes are defective, it will leak AC onto the DC line and if over a threshold, will set all sorts of codes.
I also believe that the OP has some sort of mis-match. Either between the PCM and the scanner or PCM and wiring. Or simply that the code scheme is different from that of a traditional 350 LT1

Battery disconnected for thirty minutes. Just the battery hooked up. SES light still comes on as soon as i start it. Old owner said he had to put battery on charger a few times, do to old alt failing. Maybe he fried it but is still working. I did notice volts went down to nine or so while cranking. she did fire up and idled ok.

Didn't scan it while it was out. Friend has the scanner and have to go to his house to do it cause he lives out of town. the SES did however come on just as fast as it did before...after the battery was disconnected over 30 min.

You appear to be going in circles and not eliminating items.

Either you fixed a problem and it's gone, you didn't fix the problem or the problem is not actually a problem. Which is it? The suggestions have been to move you in that direction. I've already mentioned I suspect the PCM the wiring and the hole entire setup.
Last thing I will suggest. Reset the actual codes with a scanner and see that they are reset. Not by just unplugging the battery. Do it KOEO and confirm they are gone when done.
Keep the alternator unplugged and test it.
If the list of items is now different than before, go from there. If it is the same, you have to take a different approach to the problem.
Good luck.

Re: 12 codes come up. Bad ecu?
Well I have done everything but replace harness. New bat, new alt,new 02s,new TPS. Had new parts lying around so wth. I have no throttle response at all and takes forever to get up to speed. Shifts fine. My grandmas Honda is faster than me. Sometimes in park my idle will go up and down but not to bad. It dies when i unplug MAF, but nothing changes when I unplug MAP. Im about to just buy a data cable and log it and see whats really happening.
