1500-1900 hesitation?

My car loses power, mildly hesitates, and just runs bad between 1.5k and 1.9k, especially at 1700-1800 or so. I have a new egr a few thousand ago (5K) and did IM leak fix at the same time. What is up? Many people said opit and wire, i also have a bad miss at about 1300 or so rpm, the whole car almost shakes in neutral doing it, and vibrates in gear on the road. I am thinking plugs, wires, and o2s, but i dont know fi that will fix it. MAF or something could do that?

could still be EGR. recheck the EGR valve and make sure its functioning, then check the EGR port on the intake and make sure its not plugged/clogged up.

I think there are about 75 people on this board who have or have had this problem. Let us know, cause I am going home tomorrow to work out a similar problem. Good luck, I am out of ideas on mine. But wires and plugs did not fix it.

try cleaning your sensors, especially the maf sensor. A lot of crap gets on it and can cause the symtoms you are describing.
