1993 timing set

i did the search and all i found was a cloyes setup and the extreme duty timing set. My question is what timing set can i get and keep my mechanical water pump(its fairly new) and current opti (its a new MSD unit) for my 1993 formula?

Everything i read says i need to change opti's to a vented setup when using extreme duty and i have already bought the new MSD unit for my current setup, and i want to keep the water pump intact (i'm on a TIGHT budget here, as i am in high school)

I plan on a LE1 w/ LE2 cam package this winter and everything is set except for which timing set i need to get. (BTW the car as 88000 on the stock block) Thanks!

A stock set is all you can do on a tight budget.

Re: 1993 timing set

will a stock set (i assume a stock replacement) be stout enough for the package i plan on running? It won't see anything north of maybe 6200 when i take it to the strip a few times...
