1994 camaro z28 1400-2200rpm problems
Okay I just join this website because I'm having a problem with my car. It's stock 94 z28 a4. I realize that I'm losing power around 1400-2200 rpm. It's like the car is hesitating to go and sit at the rpm and slowly goes. I thought it was spark plugs so I change them and the wires are fine. Just did a valve adjustment because it was misfiring. Some people said to adjusted my tps because I got a new one. Also having the SES light come on but then shuts off when driving. I have no clue why it's pretty much bogging every time I'm in 1400-2200 range so please help. (This is my third camaro..)

Checking the codes is the first thing as said above. Chances are your tps is within range but checking it wouldnt hurt especially if you can do so via scanner would be a good idea to buy a $60 cable and use the free sofware to scan car and look at data. This site is full of info 4th Gen LT1 F-Body Tech Aids and should be bookmarked.

Also found out when driving today it doesn't do it when I drive it from a cold start and the oil pressure sits at 38-40psi for a lt1 it's suppose to be 21psi when it gets hot . But when hot it does the hesitation and oil pressure pulse from 18-22psi

Your oil pressure is fine(well above low limits) and has nothing to do with the problem. Scan it for codes as that will likely point to the problem. If its running good cold its potentially a closed loop problem. I might guess it as a o2 sensor issue and the cause an exhaust leak or misfire (or bad sensor). Another direction it could be is a heat sink issue(might look at the link I posted for the icm coil cooling mod and go ahead and do that(Its good to do as a preventative thing). I personally would check the fuel pressure too(might be good to check cold and when hot). I would also pop the hood in the dark and look for any arcing with it running. Get your codes though because its the first step and some codes dont set the ses light but obviously you have one or some that are setting it. Posted from Camaroz28.com App for Android

Egr valve from the person who scanned it and so I took it off clean all the gunk out of it and put it back on. its still hesating and when i have the real time scanner on the person who scanned it said it be a good idea to put new wires on. i just want this car to run like it should.

Sounds like the EGR valve may be sticking slightly open. But that would cause a rough idle.
Check the rubber inlet elbow (bellows) for tears, or the bottom of the elbow folded under and not fully on the throttle body.
It's not the TPS adjustment because it isn't adjustable.

Replace it. The MAF sensor is not measuring all the air entering the engine because some of it is leaking through the elbow and bypassing the sensor. That is a common cause of "bogging".
