1994 firebird drag car project
I have a 94 firebird that I bought at an auction the was a light hit in the front. I bought it so I could have a car for drag racing without having to tear up my camaro. So far it's got: hypertech programmer, hooker Lt's, msd wires, ngk TR-55I plugs, UMI torque arm, LCAs, upper and lower panhard rod, QA1 front drag shocks and springs, AC elimination pulley, and 10.5 slicks on back with skinnys up front. Traction is no problem but now I need some way to make the hp to go with the suspesion. Let's just say I make minimum wage and I'm still in high school so I'm on a kind of tight budget.

Major HP increases come with heads & cam, and a real tune, not a Hypertech tune. For the quickest, lowest cost HP increase, spray it. Still going to cost you at least $1,000 to do it right.

I agree a shot of nitrous in the 100 to 125 range for now will keep it more reliableand a little easier on the drivetrain. make sure you have a good pump and chunk the timing changes that the HPP givs you with the juice.
when money allows you can beef up everything and add more nitrous and a staged system.

It was jus enough to crack the bumper and fender. Didn't even come close to the frame or radiator. It was a well maintained car from what I've noticed. It's an auto with 4.10s in the rear end.
