1995 camaro z28 5.7
my camaro stalls sometimes i can drive the car for 2 days no problems but then it will stall on the 3rd day will start right up then stall again and then it wont start up 1hr later the car started up and ran,(this happened several times) but i was to nervous to drive home so i had it towed ... ive had a new optim spark ign. istalled 2 years ago (accel. brand) my fuel filter replaced fuel pump replaced,fuel regulator replaced cold air intake replaced all this year and it still stalls please any suggestions?

You could possibly have a leaky EGR. Start by looking on the driver's side of the intake plenum and make sure the hose that runs from the top of your EGR to the plenum is not loose or disconnected. If it is, or if that doesn't solve your problem, I'd replace the EGR.

Could be many different problems - faulty idle air control (IAC) valve, faulty coolant temp sensor in the water pump housing, corroded terminals on the short Opti harness, loose wiring to the ICM, loose engine or PCM grounds, problems with the Accel Opti (not a good choice). First step is to have it scanned for codes. Second step would be to check the fuel pressure.
EGR sticking open will cause it to stall, but the EGR won't stick open because of the vacuum line being disconected or broken.
