383 LT1 as a daily driver?

Re: 383 LT1 as a daily driver?
I had a carborated 383 in a 87 IROC that got about the same. It was useless though because I couldn't keep U-joints or drive shafts in it. Slung a few driveshafts on local cruise nights.

I'm in the 420rwhp or so camp (M6) if everything is pretty much right on. Maybe 20-30 more with a custom valvetrain, assuming the heads have a decent flow curve.

He may change his tune..or refuse to build your engine. Oh, and don't run it on his dyno. Choose and independent shop to test it.

i would like to be in the range u mentioned more or less. i'm planning to upgrade my nitrous system to a 300 shot instead of the 150 i have right now but i think it's too risky.
