The map sensor should be fine. He's running a set of heads that flow 28x/21x and a cam with a 24x/24x duration, that's why the sensor is reading funny.

Out of curiosity, is the whole exhaust system hooked up yet or are you running it with open headers?

Get the idle in check first. Your IAC is way high, and TPS is higher than ideal. Open the throttle blades until you see the IAC drop to 40 and then slot the TPS and get it to be around .5v at idle. What O2 sensors are in the car?

97WS6SCharged: Yes his whole exhaust system is connected.

TQdrivenws6: When we got his TPS voltage down to the 50's the alignment of the holes was impossible to correct....meaning, half the bolt hole from the tb was still showing through the bolt hole of the sensor....we would have to enlarge the bolt hole on the sensor and then it wont stay in place at all im sure...any ideas?

You will probably need to slot the TPS holes, dont just drill them oversize. You need to get both the IAC & TPS into spec before trying to diagnose what else is being a problem.

27 - EGR Electrical Fault (QDM)

26 - Quad Driver Module (1 Fault)

Then we scanned it again (After installing NEW map sensor)

Map Sensor was being read on the scanner.

Do any of those have to do with the tuning? I have no EGR, AIR, or EVAP... but they aren't tuned out of the PCM, could this be a factor?

The code 26 is for the charcoal canister purge relay. 27 is the EGR activation relay. Neither should affect the car beyond triggering a SES light.

Do you still have a copy of that tune on a disk or something?

Tune is good, I called Ion to verify.

Although EGR/AIR/CCP were not deleted, i'm going to upload a new tune for those, but I was told they have nothing to do with the cars behavior.

I'm at a loss... please give me some ideas.
